Questions & answers

The interest form does not create shares, ownership or a financial commitment.

Does the form make me a shareholder?

No. It only records interest. Final offering terms, eligibility, payment and share issuance would establish rights.

Must everyone contribute the same amount?

No. Indicate what you would consider, from $10 to $1 million or more. Actual limits depend on the structure and applicable rules.

Are dividends guaranteed?

No. The project may lose money, distribute no profit or fail. A future investment could lose all its capital.

Would I own a seat or a piece of land?

Not under this model. Entity shares do not grant an individual land title, permanent seat or free access.

Does my percentage stay fixed forever?

Not necessarily. New shares and restructuring may change it; the terms must be documented.

Are $1.25 billion and five years confirmed?

No. These are initial vision scenarios. Land, costs, timing, capacity and financing remain unvalidated.

Does all district revenue belong to shareholders?

Only the economic rights the entity holds under its contracts. Independent businesses’ or partners’ revenues do not automatically belong to HNSD.

Can I withdraw my interest?

Yes. Use your email and the private reference in your confirmation. The declaration and associated information will be deleted.
