Privacy

We record name, email, country, amount considered, participant type, consent and date. Phone and message are optional. A technical fingerprint helps limit abuse. The counter shows only the number of declarations and total amounts, never names or contact details. We also store the declaration language to adapt follow-up. For contact forms, we save your name, email, subject, message, language and consent. Messages do not count as participation. You can delete a message with your email and private reference.

Information is available to authorized project managers and technical providers. We do not plan to sell contact details. You can withdraw using your email and private reference. Do not send banking information, identity documents or sensitive files in this form.

Project status & investment framework

No money or other consideration is solicited; if sent, it will not be accepted. No offers to buy shares are accepted. An indication of interest entails no obligation or commitment. The legal framework has not been selected. If a US Regulation Crowdfunding offering is chosen, no purchase or payment may occur before required filings and transactions must use an authorized intermediary. Legal review is needed before public promotion.

The HNSD name and images describe a proposal; they do not establish government approval, confirmed funding or partnerships.
