Read the concept brief
Haiti National Sports District is a vision for a sporting and economic district: a place to develop talent, host events and create activity, with a proposed shareholder participation model still to be structured.
This brief summarizes the proposal. It is not a feasibility study, contract or share offering.
The vision
We want to connect sport, training, events and economic activity in a district with a long-term operating plan. It should serve the community while seeking a sustainable financial model.
Projects
Main stadium
48,000 seats envisioned · The district’s symbolic center: a venue for sport, events and gatherings that showcase Haiti.
District hotel
220 rooms envisioned · Hospitality for visitors attending sport, business or exploring the region.
Retail & restaurants
Shops, dining and services · A place that keeps the district active between match days.
Parking & mobility
6,000 spaces envisioned · Organized arrivals and departures for a district welcoming large crowds.
Training center
2 pitches + gym envisioned · A base for athletic preparation and talent development.
District infrastructure
Roads, water, power & security · The foundation allowing all other components to operate.
Ownership model
The aim is for eligible people and entities to own shares in the entity carrying HNSD, directly or through subsidiaries. Participation amounts may differ; rights must be defined in final documents.
The interest form does not create shares, ownership or a financial commitment.
Budget: initial scenario
$1.25 billion USD is a vision scenario, not a validated budget. Land, design, construction and operating studies must determine actual costs.
Timeline: conditional goal
Five years is an initial goal. The actual schedule depends on land, studies, permits, financing and contracts.
